Conference Call - Microsoft Teams

  1. In Outlook, choose New Items -> Teams Meeting
  2. Enter in meeting details.
  3. Invite any participants via email and click Send.. they will be able to join using a laptop or tablet or use a phone to call in.
  4. For laptops and tablets, invitees can click the Join Teams Meeting link.
  5. For telephone call in, users can dial 844-260-5029 and when prompted, enter the Conference ID: followed by #.
  6. As moderator, you can Admit participants into the meeting.

*Tip: if you want everyone to enter directly into the meeting without waiting in the lobby, when booking the meeting, click the Meeting Options link and under "Who can bypass the lobby?" choose "Everyone" then click Save.
