- Change People in SaskAbilities to Anyone or People you choose.
- Selecting Anyone creates a link that anyone can open. This means the person you send the link to can forward the email on to other people if needed. Selecting this also lets you set an expiration date on the link so that it is not available for ever. Adding a password is also an option when going through this option. You can then modify the permissions as needed (Can View, Can edit, Can review, Can't download)
- Selecting People you choose creates a link that only the people with the email address you send it to can open. You can also set expiration dates, and modify the permissions (same as in Anyone) on this option.
- Click Apply
- If the Anyone option is selected, you can click on Copy Link and paste to where you want others to access
- If the People you choose option is selected, enter an email address to send the link to and repeat for as many as you need. Clicking on the dropdown beside the Add a name, group, or email should give the option for modifying the permissions for them.
- Add a message if needed
- Click Send
