The following article is for staff that want to be able to apply a code stamp to invoices in Adobe Reader. If you log into the server you do not need to follow these instructions as this is already done.

To check if you already have this functionality, open an Adobe PDF file, select More Tools from the bar on the right, select Stamp, click Stamp again to bring down the stamp menu. If you see an Approved Stamp then you have the functionality already.

Installing the Stamp

1) Call IT as you need admin access to copy the file.

For IT use:

Copy the file in \fs01\install$\InvoiceCoding then paste it to c:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\reader\plug_ins\Annotations\stamps\ENU AND/OR C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps\ENU
