When setting up Multifactor Authentication for the first time, you may need to remove your email account if you are using the embedded Mail or Gmail apps.
When adding your mailbox again, we recommend using Outlook Mobile app with better integrations for email management, search, calendars, meetings, and security.
- For any other Microsoft mobile apps, you may need to Sign Out and log back in to refresh the settings.
