4. Active Call Controls/Management

Inside of a Teams call you will see 4 or more buttons when you mouse over the call window. You will have more than 4 buttons when you have the capability to start a video call.

The microphone icon is to mute yourself, the 10 dots or dial-pad icon is to bring up the dial pad so you can navigate through phone menus, the three dots is your additional call controls.

The basics are to put someone on hold, to blind transfer them, or to consult then transfer. The difference between the two transfers is that with the consult then transfer option you will be able to talk to the person you are transferring to before you complete it.
