5. Incoming Call Management

When a call comes in you will have 2 options, to accept or reject the call.
Rejecting the call will send it to your voicemail, unless you are rejecting a call from a call queue. If it was a call for a call queue, it will just ignore the call and let it ring to the others in the queue.
You will be able to see that it is for a certain call queue, as it will be displayed at the top of the pop-up.

For call forwarding or to manage missed calls you will need to go into the settings.
On the top right of the Teams window, beside the Minimize button ( - ) you will either see your initials or a picture you have uploaded.
Click on this, and then click on the Settings option.
This will bring up the Settings Menu, click on the Calls Section to bring up the call controls.
