1. Navigating the Interface

On the side bar there are 6 main areas:

• Activity

  Here you can see a list of the things that have happened within your Teams for the last few days or so.

• Chat

  Here you will see all of your recent chats, and you will be able to see your contacts here as well.

• Teams

  This is the team collaboration piece of the software. We aren't focused on this part of the tool yet, but there will be some training on it at a later date.

• Meetings

  Here you can see all your meetings for the day, this is linked to your Outlook calendar. If you have any Teams enabled meetings, video or voice, you can join them through here.

• Calls

  Here you can make voice calls, either dial a number or choose a contact to call.

• Files

  You can access your OneDrive cloud storage from this screen.
