Recording a Greeting

When recording a greeting for Teams, you are able to use the Sound Recorder app in Windows 11:
1.) Click on the Start/Windows icon
2.) Type "Sound Recorder" at the search bar at the top

Before proceeding with the recording, please ensure that the file format is a MP3, WAV, or WMA and must be less than 5MB.
1.) On the Sound Recorder app, click on the 3 dots at the top right
2.) Click Settings

3.) Click Recording Format
4.) Select either MP3, WAV, or WMA

Once ready to record, you can just click on the arrow at the top left of the window to go back to the main page and click the Red icon in the middle
