ClerkSMS - Moving user to clerkSMS
In case of changing the number on Teams:
- In 365 Admin Center: Search for the user and change user license from "Teams phone with domestic calling" to "Microsoft Teams Phone Standard".
- In Teams Admin Center: Search the user. Under Account > Edit general information > change phone number type to "Operator Connect" and assign proper phone number and location.
3.In Teams Admin Center: Search the user. Under Policies > Edit > change App setup Policy to "Test SMS"
- In ClerkSMS: Setting > Members > Add Member > Type the email address of the user > Grow your team
This will send the person intended an invite thorugh Outlook to join the clerksms system. Once they accept the invite, the user will be visible under user list. Make sure they their access level is set to "Member" and under assigned phone select the inbox they are intended to use.
NOTE: Anybody who have access to any inbox can read and write through the inbox so it is essential to keep a check on the assigned phone and the user's access level.
