Virtual Appointment

1.) To be able to access the app, please go to Apps at the bottom left of Teams

2.) Once on apps, search for Virtual Appointments and you should have an option to install this if needed.

3.) Once on Virtual Appointments, select "Connect existing calendar"
4.) On the pop up, search the needed calendar (you are also able to click on "View all booking calendars in your org, if nothing is popping up")

5.) Click Done

PS. You are also free to pin the app at the left side of Teams by right clicking the app and selecting Pin
