Wireless Headset is not outputting non-calls

Outside of the server, click on the little up arrow next to your clock and double click on the Plantronics Hub (Headphones with a green line in the middle). If you do not see this icon, please contact Support.

If your headset is pictured, click on Device on the top left you can switch between devices. Click on Settings > General. Turn Audio Sensing ON, it should be the first option.
