Setting up a new email signature
In Outlook ->
1.Click on New Email.
2.Choose Insert -> Signature -> Signatures...
3. Click on "+New Signatures".
4. Give a name for your signature so it is easily identifiable for future.
5. Choose the Insert picture icon (Either on the bottom left for New Outlook, or between Business Card and the web/link icon near the top right of the Edit signature area in Classic Outlook)
Note: Make sure you are connected to VPN if you are working remotely.
6. In the address field, copy and paste or type in the following path and hit Enter: \fs01\ps-shared$
7. Click on SaskAbilities logos, guidelines & templates folder, then Email logos with vision statement next
8. Select the "SaskAbilities email logo.png" (In New Outlook, you may need to right-click the inserted picture and choose Size -> Medium for a better fit)
**Note: **If you are in the following areas, please use "SaskAbilities email logo with EasterSeals.png"
Adaptive Technology, Camp Easter Seal, Communications, Fund Development, or Summer Fun
Select/click the added logo, then choose the web/link icon near the top right of the Edit signature area (In New Outlook, you may need to right-click the image and then choose the chain/link icon in the text editor bar)
In the (Web)Address field, copy/paste or type in: https://www.saskabilities.ca and click OK
Under the Select/Choose default signature area, please select the signaure for New Messages or Replies/forwards based on your preference
Click OK/Save
