Creating or recreating the Provincial Services Server Shortcut

To create the Provincial Server shortcut follow these instructions:
Push the Windows + R key on the keyboard of the computer and type mstsc.exe then push enter.
Click on Show Options and change the Computer to rds.saskabilities.ca, username to SAC\
Click on the Local Resources tab: Click Settings under Remote Audio and makes sure both are set to Play/Record on/from this computer, uncheck Printers under Local Devices and Resources.
Click on the Experience Tab and select Modem from the drop down and fill in the box for Font Smoothing.
Click on the general tab and click Save As... to save it to the desktop with the name Provincial Server.
