Local Printer isn't showing in the Server

  1. Disconnect from the Server
  2. Restart the printer.
  3. Check your Server shortcut settings:
    • Right click on the server shortcut
    • Choose Edit
    • Local Resources Tab
    • Make sure that the Printers checkbox is filled in. If it isn't, click on the checkbox to fill it in and go back to the General Tab and click on Save.
  4. Check that the printer is being found by your local computer:
    • After the printer has restarted push the Windows Key (inline-image) + i at the same time, the Windows Key is between your left ctrl and alt keys on your keyboard.
    • Click on Devices
    • Printers & Scanners (Left hand side). You should see your printer available under Printers & Scanners in the main window.
  5. Re-connect to the server and it should be available to you. If it is still not available, please contact Support.
