Changing the speakers or microphone on Windows

This has to be done outside of the Server.

1. Right-click on the Speaker icon in your System Tray
   • The System Tray is where your clock is, generally on the bottom right of your screen
2. Click on Sounds
   • To change your Speaker or Output device, click on Playback
   • To change your Microphone or Input device, click on Recording
3. Find the device you would like to make your new default and click on it to highlight it
   • If you aren't sure which device it is, you can right click on it and choose test. This will play a quick tune on the device
4. Click on the Set Default button that is just above the OK and Cancel button.
   • You may need to restart the application you are using for it to use your new default device

You should now be able to use the new device you selected as default.
