Managing Audio Devices inside a Call

1. Move your mouse over the call to bring up the control interface.
2. Click on the 3 dots
3. Click on Devices
4. Make sure that your expected devices are chosen.
   • For wireless headsets this will be D100(-M)
   • For most of the wired headsets it will be Blackwire
