Change the Voicemail for a Call Queue

Microsoft is not currently supporting the voicemail boxes properly in Teams, this is a work-around until it is supported properly.

Connect to the server as yourself. (Click here for instructions)

This only needs to be done by one person from within the call queue:

If Skype for Business does not start for you automatically, push the Windows Button on the bottom left and type Skype.

Log into Skype for Business inside of the server with the credentials of the Voicemail account.
Note: You may have to click on the Gear and change the sign-in address under Personal to the voicemail account.

Click on the Dial Pad icon, it should be the 3rd one of 4.

Beside Voicemail click the tape and choose Change Greeting.

You will get a call over Skype for Business that will lead into the Voicemail menu. The dial pad (numbers pad) is under the 3 dots.

If you do not hear anything on your headset, please contact Support or go to the article about connecting to the server and change your Audio settings to match under the local resources tab.
